Smoking, vaping and cannabis

For the health and safety of all visitors, athletes, and staff, any type of smoking, including tobacco products, cannabis products and e-cigarettes (vaping), is not permitted within Cenovus Energy Hub. When smoking outdoors, individuals must smoke a minimum of five metres away from all doors, windows and air intakes, and properly extinguish and dispose of all smoking materials before entering the facility.

First aid

The First Aid station is located in multiple locations throughout Cenovus Energy Hub. If you are unable to locate a station, please notify the nearest facility employee for assistance.

Emergency exits and evacuations

Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the facility and are located at all stairwells and designated exit doors on each level. In the event of a fire or emergency, do not use the elevators. Please use the stairwells to exit the building.

In case of an evacuation, follow the instructions provided by facility staff and emergency personnel.

The muster point is located in the parking lot near 40 Ave.
