Code of conduct
Respectful behaviour
All individuals are expected to treat others with dignity and respect, regardless of background, age, gender, abilities, or other personal characteristics. Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Inclusivity and accessibility
Cenovus Energy Hub is committed to ensuring equitable access to services and facilities for all individuals, including those with disabilities. Efforts will be made to remove barriers and provide accessible formats and communication supports where reasonably possible.
Safety and harassment-free environment
All individuals have the right to a safe and respectful environment free from violence and harassment. Any form of physical or psychological harm, including bullying, intimidation or unwelcome conduct, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Compliance with policies and procedures
Individuals are expected to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and city policies governing conduct within Cenovus Energy Hub. This includes following staff instructions and facility guidelines to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all.
Reporting and accountability
Concerns or incidents related to disrespectful behaviour, discrimination or safety violations should be reported promptly to facility staff or through the City of Lloydminster’s Report a Concern service. All reports will be taken seriously and addressed in accordance with City policies.
