Flexible Seating & Viewing Options
Telescopic railings
Adjustable railings allow for flexible seating configurations. Guardrail height can be raised to 1070 mm for bar-style seating or lowered to 800 mm to provide accessible seating for individuals using wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
Event arena
Barrier-free seating is available at ice level, accessible via extra-wide corridors and a ramp to a slightly elevated viewing platform. An adjacent barrier-free washroom is conveniently located.
Community arena and concourse
Warm, barrier-free viewing areas are available in the heated lobby and at the concourse level.
Premium mezzanine
Barrier-free seating is also available in our premium-level mezzanine areas.

Tickets
Cenovus Energy Hub offers seating options designed for guests with accessibility needs, including locations on the concourse, premium mezzanine, and event-level areas. Availability may vary depending on the event. Accessible tickets are intended for patrons with mobility or other accessibility requirements and their companions.

Parking
Designated accessible parking spaces are provided near venue entrances for visitors who require them. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Washrooms
Each level features washrooms with individual, fully accessible stalls.
All public washrooms include a barrier-free stall featuring a 1700 mm turning radius, mobility aids, and vanities with knee space for wheelchair users.
Mobility
One public-access elevator provides easy movement between levels.
Service animals
Guests who require service animals are welcome to bring them to the venue. Service animals must be trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, remain under control at all times, and stay with their handler in the seating area, not in the aisle.

Dressing rooms
Dressing room showers offer zero-threshold entries, 1700 mm turning radius, accessible fixture heights, a shower wand, and fold-down seats with grab bars.
Player benches and boards
Cenovus Energy Hub accommodates sledge hockey players with specially-designed player bench areas that are extra deep with removable seating to allow for easier maneuverability within the space. Arena boards include vision panels for clear sightlines for seated sledge hockey players.
